Sarah really knows her stuff?

I was excited to find a groomer who hand strips
Cairn terriers -- she is apparently the only one
in the area. When I picked up my Cairn, he
looked very handsome and was a happy doggy! The
price was reasonable (hand stripping is very
time-consuming), but what truly impressed me was
the phone call I received from Sarah about an
hour after we got home -- she wanted to let me
know that she noticed a bruise on my dog's belly
and was making sure I was aware. Now that is a
genuine dog lover. Five stars for service as
well as going above and beyond.? |
